We have been doing science. In science we have been learning about irreversible and reversible changes. We also have been learning about dissolving too.

My favourite presents were my piano and my Barbie dolls and a Barbie cupboard and a Barbie ambulance. I also got a Barbie camper van and a Barbie aeroplane.

"What new things have you been learning about in class since coming back to school in 2020?"
We have been learning about how things dissolve we also have been learning how to change the colour of pen ink. We did science with Mr Mackenzie, we got filter paper and put black ink on it and then put it in water. The colours rose up and changed colour.

"We've only used mats so far in gymnastics in P.E. I tried to do a cartwheel but it needs some work. We also did sequences in pairs. My sequence had to have at least 6 moves. I included a forward roll, backward roll and a star jump.

The songs we have been learning for the Christmas show are Christmas in Waikiki, Cowboy Christmas and more I am also pretty good at the dance moves and I am enjoying learning the songs

I do singing and choir. I enjoy senior choir at school better that my choir outside of school. I am in grade one I have not yet informed my teacher.

We have been doing quite a lot of work about the school anniversary, it's going to be the 61st anniversary in the new school and the old one and then the 10th anniversary in the new school building. I have really enjoyed it
