Paisley and Harriet asked Ben: "What topic have you been covering in your class?"

In our class we are working on the Environment, we made wind turbines and suns with Mr Earl in class. We have been learning about the ocean as well.

Paisley and Harriet asked Amiyah : "What samson work are you doing in class now?"

Tens and units and taking away. I'm finding it easy but other people find it difficult. My quickest time is 7-8 minutes.

Paisley and Harriet asked Amira : "What have you been writing about recently?"

In writing we have been writing about the world and the Environment also we had been writing Santa letters.

Grier and Hamish asked Magnus: "What did you do over the Chirstmas holidays ?"

MY favorite present was the x box one. We went to my dads, we also had Christmas dinner, we had chicken, mashed potatoes, brussel sprouts. I got a fortnite rocket launcher.

Grier and Hamish asked Lexi: "What new things have you been learning about since coming back to school in 2020 ?"

I have been learning about shapes such as pentagons, hexagons and cylinders. We have also been learning about space. In space we have been learning about the sun, moon and planets.

Grier and Hamish asked Ivan: "What have you been working on in P.E with Mrs Law ?"

I have been doing gymnastics in P.E like rolls and moves. My favorite move is a forward roll, on the mats we have been practicing rolls and moves.

Harriet and Paisley asked Ben: "What is your favourite thing about Troqueer school?"

I like playing football in the muga on Friday, I also like going on the trim trail on Wednesday. I like climbing on things and jumping off things.

Harriet and Paisley asked Daisy Grace: "What have you been discussing during "snack and chat"?"

We chat about what we would do if we were famous and we also listen to music. On Friday we usually tell jokes and try to make Mr Earl laugh.

Harriet and Paisley asked Zyon: "What books are you reading just now?"

We are reading fantastic Mr Fox, Charlie Chocolate Factory by roald dahl. In Mr Fox he got shot in the tail there are Bean who's really skinny. Bogus who's really fat and bounce who's tinny.

Grier and Hamish asked Sam: "What have you been doing in P.E"

With Mrs Law we've been doing orienteering, with Mr Earl we've done four square. I have been enjoying four square the most because you don't get called and it's funny when people just get in then miss the ball by miles.

Grier and Hamish asked Esma: "What songs have you been doing for the christmas concert have you got any dance moves does anyone have any speaking parts in the show"

Nobody has any speaking parts yet but the class does and the class songs are my Christmas stocking, ho ho ho and Santa clause is coming to town.

Grier and Hamish asked Ariya: "During lunch and break time what do you enjoy doing? "

Playing helicopter, my favorite outdoor activity is the trim trail and I also enjoy playing hide and seek I like all the activities outside.

Harriet and Paisley asked Boyd : "What have you been doing in Music/Art? "

We have been making poppies for remembrance day. We have been making spiders and skeletons with Mrs Owens and Mr Earl for Halloween , also we have been practicing Christmas songs with Mrs Riddick.

Harriet and Paisley asked Aubrie : "What did you do in class to prepare for the school's birthday? "

We made tea towels for the tea towel competition. We also got photos of the past students who were in the school ten years ago and we also made a cook book of the past food.

Harriet and Paisley asked Alesha: "What did you dress up as for big me day? "

I dressed up as a nurse for big me day because I want to be like my mum when I am older and I like helping people.

Grier and Hamish asked Stella: "What have you been working on in maths in class ? "

I am getting on ok, we have been doing number bonds. We have been doing adding. I am doing good in Samson I am enjoying doing times table rock stars and I am doing well with it.

Grier and Hamish asked Ally: "Do you take part in any clubs or activities at school or after school? Tell us about them..."

I have done poetry. I do football training on Tuesdays and Thursdays, my favorite one to do is football skills school. I have been doing it for more than 3 weeks.

Grier and Hamish asked Bella: "What have you been writing about in class lately? "

We have been doing recipes, we use wow words and adjectives. I've written about rice puddings and it's fun. Someone came in and she's a cook, she's been working in schools for over 40 years and we made jam sandwiches.

"Doing acrostic poems because I enjoy colouring/decorating the words. We have done angry and happy and have our own names and I enjoy making ideas for poems."

Greir,Harriet,Paisley and Hamish asked Max: "Have you been given any purple dots or house points?Tell us why you were awarded them."

"I got a purple dot for listening well, being good and behaving well. I got a purple dot for homework. You sometimes get house points for working well. I have about 10 purple dots so far."

Greir,Harriet,Paisley and Hamish asked Maci: "What topic are you learning about in class just now? Tell ys about what you have been doing."

"We are learning about emotions and acting out the emotion with a partner. The partner has to guess what the emotion is. I like showing it to my partner."
